Managing Mail
WHEN YOU’RE IN YOUR inbox, you’ve got more options for managing your mail. Press the Menu key, and a menu appears with these options:

Refresh. Tells the Galaxy S II to check for new mail.
Delete. Displays your inbox with blank checkmarks next to each piece of mail. Tap to put checks next to any mail you want to delete, and then tap Delete.
Move to folder. Displays your inbox with blank checkmarks next to each piece of mail. Tap to put checks next to any mail you want to move to another folder, and then tap “Move to folder” from the bottom of the screen. Then choose the folder to which you want to move the mail. If you’re using a POP3 account, likely the only folder you’ll see is Trash, but if you’re using an IMAP account, you’ll see all of your folders..
Search. Lets you search your email.
List by. Allows you to sort your email in several different ways, such as with the newest mail first, the oldest mail first, alphabetically by sender, and so on.
More. Gives you additional options, such as changing the font size.
