Using Voice Talk
VOICE TALK, UNLIKE VOICE Search built into your Galaxy S II, isn’t made by Google, but instead by a company called Vlingo. It duplicates some of the features in Voice Search, but also adds a few twists of its own, so you may want to try the two and decide which you like better.
Launch it in one of two ways:
Tap the Home key twice.
Tap the Voice Talk icon in the Apps Tray.
What appears when you run Voice Talk varies according to the way in which you launched it. Tap the Home key twice and you come to a screen with recommendations for what you might want to say. As with Voice Search, simply speak to tell your Galaxy S II what you would like done.

If you instead tap the Voice Talk icon, you come to an onscreen menu with a list of commands you can accomplish, such as making a call, sending a text message, and so on.
