Motion
HERE’S WHERE YOU CONTROL all of the Galaxy S II’s nifty motion features:

Motion activation. Turns on (or off) your phone’s motion features.
Turn over. Select this and you can mute incoming calls and phone sounds by merely turning your phone over.
Tilt. When you’re in the Gallery or using the browser, you can reduce or enlarge the screen by tilting your phone. Tap here and a slider appears that lets you set the tilt sensitivity.

Panning. This lets you control the Galaxy S II’s panning sensitivity, when you move icons from one panel to another on the Home screens, for example.
Double tap. This lets you turn on Voice commands by double-tapping the Home button.
At the bottom of the screen you can find buttons for tutorials on using the phone’s motion features.
