Organization users and roles

By default, membership in an LCS organization is controlled by organization membership in CustomerSource or PartnerSource. All users that are members of the CustomerSource or PartnerSource organization are added to LCS. You can also create organization users that are not affiliated with CustomerSource or PartnerSource. Some of the key factors to be considered in user creation are as follows:

  • Users can access organization-specific information, such as business process libraries and methodologies
  • Organization users do not have access to specific projects until they have been invited to join them

Along with the LCS project role, you can also classify the user among one of the following user roles:
