Finding the right app for your business needs

After the business requirements are identified and the fit-gap analysis is done, one crucial decision the project team has to make is whether to build the required customizations or buy an existing solution to bridge the solution gap. During the fit-gap analysis, you can use the LCS Business Process Modeler (BPM) libraries and add the requirements associated with the business process. You can specify whether the element is a fit or gap, and you can determine a high-level estimation. You can then use the LCS BPM library to view all of the processes and gaps to identify the areas that require ISV solutions.
