I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Another enhancement that Microsoft did, which will make training users much easier, is a brand new website for all its standard features. The following are some key highlights for the new documentation site:
- Microsoft documentation now focuses on business processes as well, rather than just explaining what the form does. Business users can really go through this, and understand how they can use the particular business function.
- Microsoft documentation is integrated into the product, and provides users with contextual help on what it means if a business user is learning how to create a free text invoice; they get the help for free text invoices right there in the product.
- Help is personalized based on the user language ...
