The training phase

In the training phase, the implementation team should address the following milestones:

• Training manuals: These are the user guides that are referred to when users start using the system. Be it testing, training, or go-live, training manuals are key in solution adoption and change management.
• User/task guides: These overlap with training manuals and mainly focus on solution steps and visuals.
• The actual training of super and end users: No training is complete without imparting hands-on training continuously to ensure project success.

After the training phase, the solution is now ready to go live.
