Human resources portals are becoming a popular target for hackers. Companies offering flexible work arrangements, or dependent on remote users, are now extending HR portal access to provide public cloud access. The services they provide and the information they assimilate presents an irresistible target. Similar types of site and workflow are found in government social programs, such as the US Veterans Affairs or Social Security Administration portals.
