Finally, let's take a look at an example of an aid that might have been used to assist me in my word processing scenario.

The illustration shown in Figure 3 (previous page) is an example of an EPS framework I could have invoked from within the word processing template. The screen shows the first level of the pyramid, the three steps needed to increase or decrease indents are shown at the bottom left. Those steps could be pinned on top of my application, in this case Microsoft Word, and I would have completed my report. If that layer had not been enough, there are two other buttons shown above the Indent visual, "Try it" and "Details," which would have allowed me to opt into more detailed and robust learning assets, including e-learning. ...
