Saul Carliner, Ph.D., is an associate professor in the Graduate Program in Educational Technology at Concordia University in Montreal. His research interests include emerging forms of online communication for the workplace, the management of workplace learning and communication groups, and the process for designing and developing workplace and informal learning content.
