I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
10.1. WAS JIT EVER REALIZED?
The realization of JIT instruction remains a mystery for many. The acronym JIT comes with many powerful interpretations and implications. For the JIT promise to be realized, there are two levels that need to be discerned and understood: availability and relevancy. It was actually a misunderstanding of these two levels on my part that accounted for many of my earlier failures.
Availability. One level of JIT training is availability. For years we struggled with simply making content available. For many, bandwidth, firewalls, and other roadblocks stood in the way of getting the right information in front of the right individual.
