Mac OS X introduced Print Center, a utility that enables you to identify printers and work with print jobs.
When you configure Mac OS X for printing, you add each of your printers to Print Center's Printer List (Figure 2). This list can include printers that are directly connected to your computer or those accessible via network. The printers on this list appear in pop-up menus in the Page Setup (Figure 5) and Print (Figures 30 through 39) dialogs.
