Reference guide when using NLP for specific work activities

In most of the chapters in the first four parts of this book, you learned about a specific NLP topic in each chapter and how to apply it in various situations in business and the workplace. Chapter 16 covered how to use some of the NLP techniques to model excellence. In this chapter, we will approach this from the opposite direction, that is, we will take each of the 16 work areas and activities referred to in Chapter 1 and briefly look at which of the NLP tools and techniques would be useful for each, together with any other relevant guidelines. The chapter is intended mainly as a reference guide when planning or preparing for any of these activities.
