I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
SUMMARY
Developing an OS design is one of the important steps in a Windows Embedded Compact device development project. Throughout the development process, the OS design needs to be changed and reconfigured to resolve problems and adopt new design changes.
Although a Compact 7 OS design involves many different components and complex codes, using a quality BSP with properly written device driver, support library, and application components that adhere to the Windows Embedded Compact’s design, the process to develop an OS design and generate an OS run-time image for the intended target device can be fairly straightforward.
