It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
SUMMARY
Registry is an important part of a Compact 7 device, providing the parameters that control drivers loading, application startup, and the overall Compact 7 OS run-time behavior on the target device. Improper registry configuration can cause a Compact 7 device to have unpredictable behavior and failure to complete the boot process.
