So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
COMPACT TEST KIT
The Compact Test Kit (CTK) provides an easy setup and easy-to-use environment, with a complete set of useful testing tools, provided as part of the Platform Builder for Compact 7 development environment, without additional cost. You can use the CTK tool to test functionality and performance for device driver and OAL components.
Although the CTK runs as a standalone application, it’s tightly coupled with the VS2008 and Platform Builder IDE.
Following are the typical steps involved in running CTK tests:
1. Establish connectivity to the target device.
2. Select one or more tests to perform.
3. Run the test.
4. View the test result.
