Exercise 2 – creating a new class in the Developer Console

During the tour of the Developer Console, you must have found a way to create a new class. Let's do this now. We will reuse this class later on in this book:

1. Log in to Salesforce (if you are logged out or if you closed your previous screens).
2. Click on the gear in the top-right corner and click on Developer Console.
3. A new window opens in the browser. Click on File | New.
4. Now, you have a lot of choices. For this exercise, you click on Apex Class:
