I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
A record needs approval
For example, when an employee submits expenses because they needed to go abroad for a customer and desire a refund for their travel and maybe accommodation, that expense note has to be approved by the employee's manager before it gets sent to payroll. You need to ensure that when an expense note is submitted for approval, the right person (the employee's manager) receives the request. To automate these kinds of processes, you would create an approval process.
