So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Declarative process automation features – approvals and flows
In this section, we'll dive deeper into approval processes, Visual Flows, and their uses. Both are used to automate parts of your business processes, without the use of code. Approvals are used when someone, or a particular department/team, needs to verify something and give their consent to it before the end user can continue with the rest of the business process. Flows are the big brother of Process Builder. They let you automate most, if not all, of your business processes and are much more powerful, but also a bit more complex to set up.
