CGI.pm
As you already know, CGI.pm is a Perl module specifically designed to take care of common CGI programming tasks, saving you work in writing CGI programs. All recent versions of Perl come with CGI.pm as part of the standard distribution. This has cemented the position of CGI.pm as the de facto standard for creating CGI scripts in Perl. (Earlier versions of Perl required you to download and install the CGI.pm module.)
