What can make your Web site more user friendly when something goes wrong? The answer is displaying a custom error document. When an error occurs, the Web server usually displays a default error document. Most Web servers allow you to specify that custom documents be substituted for the default ones. In this hour, I’ll discuss how to configure your Web server to use custom error documents as well as how to write CGI scripts that display them.
