I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

At one time, the most popular Perl library used by authors of CGI scripts was cgi-lib.pl. cgi-lib.pl has been around a lot longer than CGI.pm, and was the dominant CGI library for Perl 4. After Perl 5 was released, CGI.pm became the most popular Perl library and, even though it’s bundled with the standard Perl distribution, lots of people still write CGI programs using cgi-lib.pl.
