I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Summary
The purpose of this hour was to provide you with an overview of the relational database landscape. Many books have been written about relational databases themselves, so as you might imagine, not much detail was presented in this hour. Still, it should provide you with the foundation you need for writing Web applications that use relational databases for data storage. If you find yourself using relational databases a lot, you might want to look into purchasing a book that covers SQL or the relational database you’re using.
