Service bus comes in three pricing tiers: Basic, Standard, and Premium. You can switch between Basic and Standard tiers by user action and the Premium tier has to be chosen at the time of deployment.
Even the Basic tier can handle millions of operations, however, when expecting high or time dense loads, Standard or Premium tier should be chosen and partitioning should be enabled.
