Given that the debugging experience is very much like what you are already used to in .NET development, the next challenge is to be able to trigger the function. Some functions, like a timer-triggered function are, easy to trigger, while others--functions that listen on a particular event, especially, a cloud-based event, are harder to trigger. For this reason, to perform execution testing, we will sometimes need to write additional code that is responsible for either creating or simulating the particular event the function is listening for.
