Before diving into the function implementation, let's describe the expected input and output of the Microsoft text sentiment analytics API. To submit a call to the API, we need to submit an HTTP POST to the following endpoint:

    https://westus.api.cognitive.microsoft.com/text/analytics/v2.0/sentiment
