When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

NOTES: You can see what a difference that 1-stop diffuser makes. Still a tad bright on her shoulder on the right here, but I can live with it. You can see the soft sunlight lighting the top of her head and both sides of her hair, so it’s like you have a hair light on her, as well. Composition-wise, I intentionally framed the shot with her way off to the side, leaving lots of negative space (an empty area of your image, which draws your eye immediately to your subject). Also, we have really nice separation from the background. She’s only standing six feet or so from the wall, but at an f-stop of f/1.8, that’s more than enough to put ...
