Focusing is a totally different technique with f/1.8, f/1.4, and f/1.2 lenses, and if you don’t use it, since the depth of field is so shallow with these super-fast lenses, you‘ll wind up with a ton of out-of-focus shots, and if you want to use these types of lenses, that would be a shame. The technique is pretty much the opposite of the technique you just learned on the previous page (the one you use for regular lenses).
