When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

You might be thinking: “Scott, couldn’t you have just combined this chapter with the previous one on shooting outside?” Well, yes, I guess I could have, but then you might ask: “Scott, couldn’t you have combined all these chapters into one big super-chapter? Well, except maybe that window light one, that should still be its own chapter. That one and the one on lenses, and probably the one about camera settings. Those should probably both be separate chapters.” Well, yeah, I guess I could have, but nobody wants some giant 100+ page chapter, right? Think about it. If you saw a chapter and it was like 100+ pages, you would think to yourself: “I can’t wait to get to that super-long chapter ...
