So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Quality Awards
Abstract
The later part of the 20th century saw a significant awareness that quality is a necessary corporate requirement. Indeed almost every corporate has come to a realization that to sustain themselves in the world of competition, they have to achieve higher levels of quality. To encourage them in this mission, governments and professional bodies of different countries institute quality awards. This chapter details these quality awards and analyses the criteria that are set and the stringent assessments made in selecting the companies that have excelled in their journey towards quality.
