What happens when problems come up? What can we do to solve these problems quickly?
Step one when a problem comes up is to capture your problem.
Write it down. Take it away from the emotional realm, from the ephemeral realm of something horrible, a sense of doom, a terrible feeling. To take it out of that realm, write it down, and put it somewhere where you can see it. This reduces the problem to writing. You know the phrase, “Can we reduce this to writing?” You think the key word in that phrase is writing but it’s actually reduce! Your problem is immediately reduced.
