It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Keeping on Track
DESCRIPTION
This activity gives individuals an opportunity to practice keeping the
interviewee on the relevant topic of conversation. One person chooses a
topic to discuss and is then interviewed by a partner who has the task of
keeping the conversation confined to this area in spite of the interviewee’s
attempts to sidetrack. The discussion is watched by an observer who uses
the review sheet to give feedback to the interviewer. The exercise is
reviewed with the whole group, making the connection to appraisal
interviews.
