It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
PREFACE TO THE FIRST EDITION
is is a textbook on 8051 microcontroller with a little diff erence. A glance at its table of contents would indicate
that its chapter organization is suitable for classroom teaching. Furthermore, it contains plenty of pedagogical
features for understanding the subject matter. Certain additional chapters, such as Power Management,
Case Study and Advanced Microcontrollers, may be helpful for students for a better understanding of 8051
Microcontroller. A detailed Index at the end would help interested readers.
is book is a gradual development of my lecture notes on 8051 used for the last 10 years or so. Initially
