So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Any Timer generates an interrupt at its terminal count, and Watchdog Timer is no exception. However,
the specialty of the Watchdog Timer is that instead of generating a normal interrupt and drawing the
attention of the processor, it triggers a system reset. is is very useful if the system is in an infi nite loop or
just ‘hanging’. To avoid any unwanted system reset, the Watchdog Timer must be periodically serviced by
the system software.
