There are so many ways to get objects where and how we want them! Let’s have a look at most of them, from the free-form to the highly precise.
Both the Control panel and the Transform panel (Window > Object & Layout > Transform) offer fields that allow us to specify position and/or size to at least four decimal places!
Note: With almost all transforms done by mouse, button, or keyboard shortcut, holding down the option/Alt key yields a transformed copy of your object rather than transforming the original.
