A look at the bottom of page 4 of your course file 02 Text Frames and Type Styles.indd likely still shows a disturbing red dot with the note that there’s “1 error.” If your document shows more, we’ll work that out, too.
Double-click on the error message at the bottom of the document window. This usefully opens the Preflight panel.
You’ll see there is one Error of type “TEXT,” perhaps more than one. But we need more information.
Click the disclosure arrow next to the word “TEXT” to see the more specific “Overset text (1).” But where is it?
Expand that disclosure arrow, too, to see the problem is with a text frame on page ...
