Header Placement Techniques
I once laid out the short novel by Arthur Conan Doyle in which he introduced the world to Sherlock Holmes, A Study in Scarlet. For your amusement, the InDesign file and an ePub are included in your course files. Like the novel we laid out in this course, the text was provided in one text file. I wanted to keep the text as one InDesign story but have several items appear on their own pages (section headers) or at the tops of pages (chapter headers).
