Now that you have a good sense of what the project encapsulates, who you are developing the application for, and what differentiates your project from others, you need to take a look at the needs of the project and assess what is needed to complete the project, what skills and abilities you have as a developer, and how to augment and add any skills or resources that you do not possess.
