The process of developing a project takes a lot of planning. Making sure you fully understand what you are getting yourself into is an important step. If you cannot describe the project to an ideal user rather rapidly, you may need to rethink the project and make sure it quickly makes sense to users. Writing your features, researching your place in the market, and determining what you need to learn to bring your project to fruition are all important parts of the process and I have given you some tools to help get you going.
