It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

if they need to contact someone. Mashups are terrific for business metadata!

User-created mashups should then be available to provide useful insights for
others. Mashups allow two or more separate applications to be tied together
in one view.
Google has created and exposed an application programming interface
