or phrase is a “normal” word or phrase, it is placed in the simple index list. An

index can then be created if there is a further need for investigation.

If the word or phrase is critical, it is placed in the context list. An index

is then created, and the text before and after the word or phrase is captured.

In this way, an analyst or auditor can scan the context of the word or phrase
