The project’s main focus during the phase when we used Team Room

was on business rule gathering and validation. We followed up the discus-

sions with an on-site meeting. The meeting was extremely productive because

everyone, having periodically checked Team Room, was up to speed on all the

topics. We were able to go through each business rule and get validation right

away, and the discussions were informed and very meaningful. People were

prepared!
