So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

they find that they themselves need a glossary to understand the business
requirements better and to facilitate their communication with businesspeople.
Terms can be seen as business concepts and can be reused across the enterprise
as they are manifested in different systems.
Delivery mechanisms do not need to be customized as much for IT personnel
as for businesspeople, because in general IT personnel are used to accessing
