In Figure 14.4, it is seen that the communications of the corporation in text
form are passed through the screen. The screen consists of words and phrases
that have been deemed important to compliance. Although the figure presents
a list of words and phrases for Sarbanes-Oxley, the same list could be used for
HIPAA, Basel II, or other regulations.
14.4.1 Sorting Through the Words and Phrases
The text is then passed through the screen. When a word or phrase is found
to appear on the compliance list, it is pulled out. Based on the criticality of the
