It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

7.2.10 Summary of Metadata Sources
As we have seen, many diverse sources of metadata exist; this chapter has just
explored a few obvious ones. Chart 7.1 summarizes some of the salient char-
acteristics of the different sources for enterprise metadata, as presented in this
chapter.
There is rich diversity in the plethora of sources of enterprise metadata, as seen
in Figure 7.1. The sources feed into the Enterprise Metadata Repository (EMR).
