So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

15.4 Business Metadata and Tacit Knowledge
The relationship between knowledge management and business metadata becomes
a little weak and tenuous when the discussion turns to tacit knowledge, however.
Tacit knowledge does not easily lend itself to articulation and transformation into
business metadata. Here’s part of Wikipedia’s formal definition of tacit knowledge:
Tacit knowledge consists often of habits and culture that we do not recognize in
