So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Just as wikis help to foster collective intelligence, tagging helps to harness it to
find things easier. Chapter 4 discussed how taxonomies can help people find
documents more efficiently. Usually, someone is tasked to write the taxonomy,
and sometimes this person does not understand the content of the document.
As we discussed in Chapter 4, many things don’t fit into neatly organized
hierarchies. Imagine putting together the Wisdom of Crowds with tagging and
the bottom-up method of wikis. This is what del.icio.us does, and BEA’s new
