Keeping Everyone Supported during Change

However much a Peter Pan type of existence in the idyllic world of Neverland might appeal, you have to grow up and face change at regular points in life and work.
Some changes are welcome; others are shocking and most unwelcome. Times of transition cause heart-searching and confusion even when the change is desired and welcome. ‘Part of me knows the old way has gone, and part of me fears the new’ is the implicit message when split emotions, split loyalties and split identities show up.
Coaching offers a fabulous resource to your clients going through times of transition when they need to let go of one part of their lives in order to embrace another. Coaches understand the value of a safe bridging space, a supportive place with a competent professional who wants the best for you where you can make adjustments, explore dilemmas and experiment with new approaches. It's a place where clients feel acknowledged and respected for their whole selves without having to have all the answers.
