As interest in coaching builds, so do coaching groups, circles and networks. These bodies provide friendly forums of knowledge-sharing and co-coaching practice as well as potential joint business-ventures.
Some groups form as alumni of coach-training programmes, while others are organised by members of the main coaching bodies such as the International Coach Federation and the Association for Coaching (see Chapter 3 for their details).
If no coaching groups exist in your area, how about setting one up? You can also consider establishing a virtual group that meets online, as well as one that functions through regular real-world meetings.
