So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Why Is This a Good Idea?
Creating documentation as early as possible will help you evaluate your designs. If you can’t easily explain something, there’s a good chance that it is not designed well.
Starting work on the manual during the design process also means you’re less likely to regress into jargon and more likely to explain things from a user’s point of view. The longer you work on something, the harder it gets to explain it to people who don’t share your knowledge.
